Refund, Cancellation Policy & Delivery Policy

We aim to provide timely delivery and complete transparency to our clients.

Website Delivery

  • Standard website projects will be completed and delivered within 10 working days after receiving the advance payment, final requirements, and all necessary content from the client.

  • Delivery timelines may vary if there are delays in client approvals, content submission, or changes in requirements.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Once the advance payment is made, the project is considered confirmed and work begins immediately.

  • If you request cancellation within 24 hours of making the advance payment, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as project planning and development efforts would have already started.

  • All cancellation requests must be shared in writing via email or official communication channels.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

  • Payments made for completed work, milestones, custom development, or third-party services (such as domains, hosting, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable.
